Bitcoin ATMs near you
Bitcoin and crypto ATMs where you can buy — and at some machines sell — Bitcoin for cash, with operators, addresses and opening hours.
About this guide
A Bitcoin ATM is a machine that exchanges cash for Bitcoin (and, at two-way machines, Bitcoin for cash). They are run by operators such as Bitcoin Depot, CoinFlip, Athena Bitcoin, Bitcoin Well or Shitcoins.club, and are usually found in shops, petrol stations and shopping centres.
This guide lists every crypto ATM on Coinmap, grouped by city and by operator. Open a city for the full list with addresses and opening hours, or open the map to find the nearest Bitcoin ATM.
Coinmap currently lists 2,131 Bitcoin ATMs in 53 countries. 16% of them accept Lightning payments and 603 were confirmed by a visitor in the last 12 months. The countries with the most are United States (659), Canada (452), Poland (160), Spain (109) and Slovakia (95), and the cities with the most are Vancouver (32), Edmonton (27), Birmingham (21), Huntsville (20) and Calgary (17).

How to pay
To buy Bitcoin, choose “buy” on the screen, scan the receiving address (QR code) from your own wallet, insert cash and confirm. Many machines ask for a phone number and, above certain amounts, an ID, depending on local rules. Some machines can send the Bitcoin over Lightning.
Crypto ATMs usually sell above the market price and some add a fixed fee. The machine shows the rate before you confirm — compare it with the market price, and never use an ATM because someone on the phone told you to: that is a common scam.
